Green gold
THE OLIVE HARVEST
The olive harvest is the moment of the year which we most enjoy sharing with our special guests. During the months of September and October we spend a few days harvesting this prized fruit, the symbol of the entire mediterranean region. In the following days we organize a visit to the pressing process, to see up-close the production of extra vergine olive oil. Between a good laugh and a glass of wine, participating in the olive harvest is a must for all our guests.

THE COLOURS OF OUR WILD LIFE
Our passion for wild life has transformed the olive groves into a managery. This includes varies species of parrots: pink cockatoos, parakeets, agapornis and cockatiels. There is also an Indian chicken with a very particular plumage, and a family of royal peacocks. Further, for the children’s pleasure, there are turtles and tortoises that add even more variety to our little zoo.
